About Stacy Richards

Having lived in five states and abroad before returning to Pennsylvania, Stacy Richards knows firsthand the challenges that come with moving. From corporate relocations to family-driven transitions, she understands how a house becomes a home and how each stage of life brings unique priorities. Now settled in Manayunk, Stacy combines her personal insight with a genuine love for Philadelphia, the Main Line, and the Jersey Shore to guide clients through one of life's most meaningful transitions.

 

Stacy's approach is rooted in care and connection. She brings an executive- level background in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building, ensuring her clients feel both supported and empowered throughout the buying or selling process. Her perspective is both practical and empathetic, balancing the financial realities of a transaction with the significance of a move. 

 

Before entering real estate, Stacy built a 20+ year career as a commercial litigator and corporate sales leader, earning top recognition at Thomson Reuters and other global companies. For the past five years, she has also worked as an executive coach, helping leaders at Fortune 500 companies strengthen their decision-making and communication skills. This depth of experience translates directly to her work as a real estate agent, where her clients benefit from both her sharp business acumen and her people-first mindset. Stacy is a graduate of Boston College and Villanova University School of Law. She has also served on numerous nonprofit boards, including the Professional Women's Roundtable and the Library Company of Philadelphia, reflecting her commitment to community as well as her clients.
